Reptile Surrender

Steve's Snaketuary® LLC (afterwards referred to as Steve's Snaketuary) is a reptile rescue.
Part of what we do is take in pet reptiles that people can no longer take care of.

We do not temporarily house reptiles.

When you surrender your reptile(s) to Steve's Snaketuary, this is understood, and the surrender is permanent. The reptile(s) become(s) a pet of Steve's Snaketuary.

If you surrender your reptile(s) to Steve's Snaketuary, then decide afterwards that you want that reptile (those reptiles) back, Steve's Snaketuary has the right to refuse. If we do agree to return the reptile(s) to you, there will be a rehoming fee.

By surrendering this reptile (these reptiles) to Steve's Snaketuary, you are irrevocably transferring and relinquishing all rights of ownership to Steve's Snaketuary. Steve's Snaketuary will have complete authority to take whatever actions are deemed appropriate for this reptile (these reptiles) in accordance with the animal health and welfare policies and procedures established by Steve's Snaketuary.
You understand that Steve's Snaketuary is not required to provide updates or information, including pictures, regarding the status of this reptile (these reptiles).
