Snake Rescue Pricing

Steve's Snaketuary® is the only business properly permitted and certified to deal with snake removal and reptile rescue in most of Louisiana.
We have the proper permits through Wildlife & Fisheries, Animal Control, and the National Wildlife Controller Operators Association.

We do not charge for pet reptile (NON native) rescues (The following pricing is for native snakes that people find in their homes or businesses).
For pet reptile rescues, depending on your location, we may ask for you to meet us somewhere.

These prices are extremely fair and competitive compared to other pest control/animal removal businesses!
They may be updated at Steve's Snaketuary®'s discretion.

$25 minimum, depends on your location, up to 25 miles, must be paid over the phone before we leave to your address (includes the first 15 mins of searching for the snake)
If more than 25 miles, $50 minimum, depends on your location, must be paid over the phone before we leave to your address (includes the first 15 mins of searching for the snake)

$25 for each additional 15 mins of searching for the snake

$100 additional if we have to go under a house or in an attic

$25 additional if it is a venomous snake

Additional payments are required at the time of service.

We STRONGLY encourage you to provide a picture of the snake before we get to your address.

We STRONGLY encourage you to keep an eye on the snake before we get there.

If you do not watch the snake before we get there, we will not guarantee that we will find the snake.

If you did not see the snake when you called us (if it was a day or more prior when you saw it), we reserve the right to not go look for the snake.
If you still want us to come out, there will be a $50 minimum, depending on where you live and what is involved.

The homeowner or tenant must be present when we arrive. No calls for a snake in a neighbor's house or friend who is not home.

We can also come out to your property for a snake survey, removing any snakes we may come across, and offer insights to any issues that may attract snakes and how to keep them out of your residence or business.
This service will be on a case by case basis, and prices will depend on location and how much work is involved.

Please keep in mind that Steve's Snaketuary® is a small business with a limited number of people, who also have other responsibilities. This does affect our response times.
There may be times when Steve's Snaketuary® is only available for phone, text, or email consultation.
